I completed my purchase but did not receive my pass. What should I do?

Why am I only able to activate one pass and not my entire order? Why does only one pass download to my phone?
You must go through the activation process for each pass and then add each one individually to your wallet. All passes must be under a different name and email, and you will need to upload a photo for each passholder.
After activating my pass, I wasn’t prompted to add it to my mobile wallet. How can I access or add my pass now?
You will receive a confirmation email to download your pass and add it to your wallet.
Does the Bring-a-Friend for 50% off benefit allow more than one entry on the same day? Can my guest skip the line when entering with me?
You may only use the 50% off benefit once per day for 1 person per day. Your guest can skip the line with you when entering.
Can I bring more than one friend using the Bring-a-Friend discount?
You cannot use more than one discount, but you may bring multiple guests with you to skip the line. For example, if you bring four friends to the Space Needle, you can receive a 50% discount for one of those friends. Your other will pay regular admission, but as a pass holder perk, we will allow your entire group to ride up the expedited elevator together.
Can the Bring-a-Friend discount be used at the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, and the Seattle Art Museum?
The Bring-a-Friend discount is only for the Space Needle and does not include other experiences or attractions.
How can I purchase the Bring-a-Friend ticket in advance on the website?
The Bring-a-Friend ticket is only available to purchase at the Space Needle box office. Upon arrival, please let us know that you are a Season Passholder and would like to purchase a ticket using the Bring-a-Friend discount.
How many times can I re-enter in a single day? Is there a required wait time between entries, and can I skip the line each time?
You may enter as much as you’d like! Your Season Pass allows you unlimited entries to the Space Needle during regular operating hours. You may skip the line every visit and go straight to the Season Pass entrance for priority boarding. There is no required wait time; however, there may be a short wait at the elevator before you are escorted to the top.
How do I get my ticket for Chihuly Garden and Glass and the Seattle Art Museum?
Your pass is your ticket! Just show your Season Pass for entry into both experiences.
Is the pass available for purchase in person?
Yes, you may purchase the Season Pass at the Space Needle box office.
Does the 10% food and beverage discount apply to The Loupe Lounge?
The 10% food & beverage discount applies to TipTop Café, The Sunset Bar, and The Revolving Bar at the Space Needle. You may also use it at The Bar at Chihuly and select locations at the Seattle Center Armory.
Which locations can I use my discount at the Armory?
You may use your 10% discount at the following locations: Skillet, Wingdome, Seattle Fudge, Matt’s Fish Basket, The Little Chicken Teriyaki, Blue Water Taco Grill, Premier Meat Pies, Big Mike’s Sandwich Co., and Ceres Roasting Company.
Can my pass be used on holidays, such as New Year’s Eve, Christmas, and Thanksgiving?
You may use your pass on all dates the Space Needle is open during regular operating hours. The Space Needle is closed on Christmas Day. Please visit spaceneedle.com for all hours and upcoming closures.
Will the pass be available during the summer?
The Season Pass is only available through May 31, 2026.
