VALID FOR DATE AND TIME ON TICKET ONLY. NON TRANSFERABLE. NON REFUNDABLE. One ticket or voucher per person. No cancellations, refunds, rain checks or exchanges; will not be replaced if lost, stolen or unused. May not be copied or resold. Duplication will result in revocation without refund and ejection. Operating dates, hours, prices and policies subject to change without notice. Not valid during special or private events. Prices, policies, operating dates/hours are subject to change without notice. Only tickets obtained from Space Needle or offices authorized by Space Needle to sell/distribute tickets will be honored.
THIS TICKET IS A REVOCABLE LICENSE THAT GRANTS A ONE-TIME ENTRY INTO THE SPACE NEEDLE [OR] CHIHULY GARDENS AND GLASS, UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY STATED ON THIS TICKET. ENTRY IS VALID FOR DATE AND TIME ON TICKET ONLY, AND THE VALUE EXPIRES ONCE THAT DATE AND TIME HAVE PASSED. NON TRANSFERABLE. NON REFUNDABLE.
As our guest, you are required to comply with our health and safety rules and are cautioned to heed all warnings. By accepting admission with this pass, you agree to release us from all responsibility for any loss, injury, illness, or damage which you may suffer, excepting any loss, injury, illness or damage caused by our reckless, willful or grossly negligent acts. You and any person accompanying the ticket holder, including minor(s), give us an irrevocable permission to record his/her/their image, name, voice, likeness, actions, and/or statements in any photo, footage, or display, whether live or recorded for any purpose in all types of media, in perpetuity and without compensation. We may refuse admission or expel any person whose conduct is objectionable. Herein “our”, “us” and “we” mean the owner and operator of the Space Needle or Chihuly Gardens and Glass and their affiliates, members, managers, officers, employees, and agents.
